Alpha is organized as a series of talks over 11 weeks, including a weekend away.  Each session starts with a meal, followed by a talk and then a time for discussion.  The talks (arranged in video lectures) aim to cover the basic beliefs of the Christian faith.  Alpha is evangelistic in nature, and is designed to be a safe place for people who may not normally attend a church service, to ask questions and share their honest opinions regarding the discussion topics.

The Alpha Course meets on Sunday nights at 5:30 pm, at the Lecuyers' home in Kingston.
